The 1Question Parent Control app and the 1Question Child app must be installed on separate devices.

Add your child’s Apple ID to your Family Sharing account – ensure they have been set up as a ‘child’ aged 13 or under in Family Sharing.

Make sure the device you have installed the 1Question Child app on is registered with your child’s Apple ID. To check this, tap the device Settings app – the Apple ID registered on that device is listed at the top of the screen.

Apple Screen Time setting, like Downtime and App Limits, will take priority over any time earned in the 1Question Child app. If you have set limits using Apple Screen Time and your child has earned screen time in the 1Question Child app, they will not be able to use this time to access any of their locked apps until the Apple Screen Time settings allow it.

1Question seamlessly folds curriculum-aligned learning questions into the way students already use their devices. There’s no need to log in every day, or set aside extra time – just select your desired settings and 1Question will do the rest.

The 1Question Parent Control app is downloaded as an administration tool onto the device the parent will be using – from there, you can create & manage child profiles, manage learning preferences, and view learning progress.

The 1Question Child app is downloaded onto the device your child uses, is linked to the Parent Control app, and presents questions to your child based on the settings you’ve chosen.

Nope! 1Question is all about learning, and does not support in-app advertisements.

We’re always looking for ways to improve 1Question, so if you have any feedback about your experience, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch at info@1question.app – and leave us a review in the App store!
