How do I redeem a promo code?

If you already have an account and are using the free 1Q starter pack:

1. Navigate to your Dashboard

2. Tap the Settings icon at the top right of the screen

Note: You may need to enter your parent PIN to access Settings

3. Select Manage Subscription

4. Tap Unlock 1Question Pro

5. Scroll down and tap Redeem Code

6. Type your promo code into the field and tap Submit Code
