I’m having trouble scanning the QR code
First, make sure both devices are running iOS16. Here’s a list of devices supporting iOS16: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT213411
If you’re experiencing difficulties with scanning the QR code, try one of the options below to help get you started:
Option 1: From the screen displaying the QR code, tap the Refresh button. Once the code is generated, it will expire after 1 hour, so refreshing the code and trying again should get you back on track!

Option 2: Access the Settings menu from your Parent Dashboard

Then select ‘Sign in to Child device’ from the Settings menu. This will generate a new QR code for you to scan with the second device.
