I’m having trouble scanning the QR code

If you’re experiencing difficulties with scanning the QR code, try one of the options below to help get you started:

Option 1: From the screen displaying the QR code, tap the Refresh button. Once the code is generated, it will expire after 1 hour, so refreshing the code and trying again should get you back on track!

Option 2: Access the Settings menu from your Dashboard

The icon for the Settings menu will appear on both your child’s dashboard and your own so can be accessed from either dash.

Then select ‘Sign in to Child device’ from the Settings menu. This will generate a new QR code for you to scan with the second device.
