Why are my child’s apps not locking?

Apps will only be locked once Screen Time has been enabled through the 1Question app.

If Screen Time is not enabled on the device your child is using, you will see a green banner on your child’s Dashboard.

If you’re not already on your child’s dashboard, navigate to it by tapping Swap User at the top right.

4. If you see a banner that reads, ‘Screen time disabled’ – this means screen time has not been set up and needs to be enabled before any apps will be blocked

Tap the banner and follow the prompts to enable screen time

That didn’t help?

Check that there are apps currently selected for monitoring. No apps selected means no apps will be blocked before screen time is earned. Instructions here!
