Why are my child’s apps not locking?
Apps will only be locked once Screen Time has been enabled through the 1Question app.
If Screen Time has not been enabled, you will see a green banner on your child’s Dashboard.
To check your child’s Dashboard:
1. Open 1Question
2. Tap Swap User
3. Select your child’s name
4. If you see a banner that reads, ‘Screen time disabled’ – this means screen time has not been set up and needs to be enabled before any apps will be blocked
Tap the banner and follow the prompts to enable screen time
